With a heart for service and a focus on holistic transformation, we provide a comprehensive support system that equips individuals to rebuild their lives and thrive.
Our mission centers on disrupting cycles of recidivism, homelessness, and disconnection through innovative programs and unwavering advocacy. We walk alongside men and women facing life’s challenges, providing tools for mental well-being, workforce readiness, life skills, and entrepreneurship to foster resilience and lasting success.

PLANU INC Presents Community Assistance Program (Funded by ARPA)
PLANU Inc. is providing direct financial support to Portsmouth residents through the Portsmouth Cares Gift Card Giveaway. Eligible participants must show proof of residence and economic hardship (such as SNAP, TANF, or Medicaid).
Apply online by clicking the link below or submit a paper application by email. Once approved, recipients will be contacted to pick up their gift card at a distribution site.
