PLANU INC Presents Community Assistance Program (Funded by ARPA)
PLANU Inc. is providing direct financial support to Portsmouth residents through the Portsmouth Cares Gift Card Giveaway. Eligible participants must show proof of residence and economic hardship (such as SNAP, TANF, or Medicaid).
Apply online by clicking the link below or submit a paper application by email. Once approved, recipients will be contacted to pick up their gift card at a distribution site.
